    1. Unscrew the cap from the plastic bottle. Push disc down to bottom with butter knife.

    2. Add a small amount of natural dish soap (or just water if natural soap isn’t available) and place the bottle inside a cup or bowl where it can sit upright.

    3. Pour hot water into the bottle and let it sit for 10 minutes.

    4. Place the cap into the hot water and pump the soapy water through until it runs clear.

    5. Empty the soapy water from the bottle and repeat the process using clean hot water, letting it sit for 10 minutes.

    6. Place the cap into the clean hot water and pump through the water until it runs clear.

    7. Remove the bottle and cap, shake off excess water, and let them air dry completely.

    8. To refill, unscrew the lid from your pouch.

    9. Carefully pour the product into your clean plastic bottle.

    10. Secure the lid tightly, ensuring the straw is fully submerged in the product to activate the airless pump.

      Pump a few times until the product begins to dispense.
